Dr. Jeffrey Zonderman, MD, is a board certified ophthalmologist who has been serving the Capital Region for over fifteen years. After graduating from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor with distinction, Dr. Zonderman attended medical school at the University of Buffalo. After a one-year general surgery internship, Dr. Zonderman completed his ophthalmology residency at the New England Eye Center at Tufts University.

Dr. Zonderman is available to treat a wide variety of eye diseases. He specializes in glaucoma, diabetic exams, dry eye/allergies, and infectious/inflammatory disorders. He performs Botox injections, removes lid lesions, sees Workers Comp patients, emergencies, and offers routine exams. Children and families are welcome.

Dr. Zonderman treats his patients with compassion. He enjoys taking an extra moment to provide clear explanations and to discuss treatments options. Outside of work, Dr. Zonderman is an avid sports fan. He enjoys playing golf and tennis and watching football and baseball.

Most importantly, Dr. Zonderman is a devoted father and husband. His wife Kyra Teis Zonderman is a children´s book writer and illustrator. He has two lovely daughters, Bella and Claire. Bella (15) is a ballet dancer is involved in musical theater. Claire (9) plays soccer for the Girls U12 Niskayuna team.
